You have missed the deadline for pre booking but there is be space available but the price on the day is £35. (Sorry but credit cards are not accepted)
Turn up after 12 noon on Friday 4th July and look for the 'WEEKEND CAMPING' signs.
The all inclusive price covers you and your party [2 adults and children] for camping from Friday 12 noon on 4th July to Monday 12 noon on 7th July. You will also be given unlimited
admission to both days of the rally [Saturday and Sunday] and Saturday evening for which there is usually an extra charge. If there are more than 2 adults in your party extra adults will
be required to pay normal admission charges at the gate. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times on the showground and camping area to comply with local
regulations.
You may bring an awning, there is no extra charge for this. Car parking is free for the event. The camping area is not on the showground but facilities available on the
camping field include toilets and water. Any questions for weekend caravan/camping? Ring 07969 264879 during office hours only.
There is no access to any other steam rally information or the Caravan Club site at
Elvaston on this number!
Please remember that the special cheaper price for pre booked places was in advance only, available up to Saturday 21st June.
After this date the price rises and the only way to stay for the weekend is to pay £35 at the gate on the day.
