Family weekend camping space is still available
Pre Booking for Caravan and Tent has now finished
You have missed the deadline for pre booking but there still be space available but the price on the day is £40 for a family of 2 adults and accompanied children. (Sorry but credit cards cannot be accepted, cash or cheques only).
Turn up after 12 noon on Friday 2rd July and look for the 'WEEKEND CAMPING' signs.
The all inclusive price covers you and your party [2 adults and children] for camping from Friday 12 noon on 3rd July to Monday 12 noon on 6th July. You will also be given unlimited
admission to both days of the rally [Saturday and Sunday] and Saturday evening. If there are more than 2 adults in your party extra adults will
be required to pay normal admission charges at the gate. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times on the showground and camping area to comply with local
regulations.
You may bring an awning, there is no extra charge for this. Car parking is free for the event. The camping area is not on the showground but facilities available on the

There is no access to any other steam rally information or the Caravan Club site at
Elvaston on this number!
The special cheaper price for advanced pre booked places was only available until Saturday 19th June.
The only way to stay for the weekend camping is to pay at the gate on the day.
